VLF enthusiasts
Been seeing/hearing an FSK signal on 18.2 kHz (QRN condx permitting) the past few weeks. 18.2 kHz
has been an 'open' frequency on my list of station received ( http://www.w1vd.com/vlf.html ). Time
of day, a bit of VTX research and a look at the WWLLN lightning network spectrograms (
http://webflash.ess.washington.edu/spectra.html ) in that area of the world (Beijing, Honolulu,
Suva, Osaka, Brisbane and Perth) lead me to believe that this is VTX3 in India. Additionally, VTX2
17.0 kHz and VTX4 19.2 kHz are not on the air. Corroboration from others would be appreciated.

p.s. frequency is definately not 18.2 kHz as I'm using SpecLab's sampling rate calibration feature.
