[Lowfer] CW ID Challenge

Two of the five who replied with an answer got it right, Lloyd, W3NF, 
and Bill, VE2IQ.  The signal is Lowfer "WI" by Walt Glazar, W3WI ,  
Aiken, SC now back on the air after being off for many years.  WI was 
the first Lowfer signal I copied and the first Lowfer QSO I made about 
twenty years ago.  Walt is running WI during the day for now but I'm 
sure he will have it on at night later.  I've also be in contact with 
Carl of TH fame who is now also in South Carolina.  Hopefully this fall 
Carl with have TH back on the air.  And I will try to get NC on, maybe 
at a location a few miles from my QTH.

Copy of WI was a bit better today due to a lower static level.
