[Lowfer] Hifer grabbers and lowfer BR

Early morning captures at KL7UK/5 show EH well and traces from SIW, RY, 
and MP. The VK2 grabber is "empty" now but through much of the night EH 
was evident there.

On the lowfer front, BR was in there on 185562 Hz around the 0900Z QRSS3 
ID. It was strong enough to see the CW on a QRSS3 screen too, but not 
strong enough to hear against full SSB noise bandwidth.

NDB propagation was decent N,E, and W, but not south. Didn't see DDP on 
391 kHz when I looked but both DF (NL) and NY (BC) were good on 350 kHz. 
Among other signals copied, YPH (QC) was strong on 396 kHz and YSK (NU) 
was fair on 208 kHz.
