[Lowfer] 100 KHz, new data signal?

I read somewhere a couple of weeks ago that a new navigation system wwas 
going to be tested or had replaced loran.  Not sure where I read this.  That 
doesn't sound like the Loran I'd hear from Soda Lake, Nevada.
