[Lowfer] 100 KHz, new data signal?

Last evening while monitoring 136 khz using Argo lines started appearing 
similar to what we use to see from Loran transmissions.  Last week 
someone posted there was a loran signal back on. I listened and did hear 
the familiar loran pulses.  Since these new lines showed up last evening 
I tuned in 100 khz this morning and heard a strong unfamiliar sound 
which can be heard at this link:
