[Lowfer] call for beacon updates

: I've been hearing dashers on 13559.83 and 13559.93 MHz lately. I'm
: hearing them right now (March 24 at ~1530-1600Z). They are both
: approximately one-second long dashes separated by about 15-20 seconds.
: The spacing on the two is not identical.

I saw that a few days ago and have seen it in the past.  I THINK it might be 
"roger beeps", for some reason they are difficult to narrow down.
