[Lowfer] FW: [600MRG] WSPR tonite on 500...

It wouldn't surprise me to see WSPR's FSK modulation significantly outperform Opera's OOK modulation 
when faced with summertime QRN. Many modes that seem to perform okay during the quiet of winter fall 
flat on their face during summer.
