[Lowfer] FW: [600MRG] OPERA v1.3.9 latest download tonight...

The signals off frequency that I see are every 120 Hz.  Do others see these
when the signal is strong?  (I only see them then.)  I think they are on the
transmit end as a quick check did not see them on other even stronger
signals.
