[Lowfer] 137 kHz

Noticed a nice signal from VO1NA sending "NA" via DFCW last night, in 
addition to the usual strong QRSS signal from MP. Conditions still seem 
depressed though - lowfer BR was just noticeable on 185.575 kHz.
