[Lowfer] Navtex

Nice Navtex signals from Bob, WE2XGR/6 last night on 497 kHz, 1700 audio 
center. Later on 518 kHz the west coast was in a bit with the 3 US 
stations decoding (San Francisco, Long Beach, and Astoria). But nothing 
from Kodiak, Hawaii, or the 2 BC stations so signals are significantly 
down from their winter best. Looked briefly at VX9BDQ on 504 kHz WSPR 
and it was coming in well.

Lowfer BR was noted on 185.588 kHz at 0720Z and WMS was in there weakly 
at the lowfer watering hole. But nothing has been seen of WM for a 
couple of days now so perhaps it's off the air or has a problem. My 
lowfer SIW certainly has a problem and is QRT at the moment.
