[Lowfer] Loran C back on the air - sort of

I'm surprised that I've not seen it mentioned here, but I noticed a 
thread on the "Time Nuts" group about Loran-C being back on the air for 
some sort of testing and peoples' receivers showing their locations again.

Digging around, I found this:

I listened here in Utah at the time that it was reported active, but it 
was clear that none of the west-coast chains were online as I really 
couldn't hear any obvious, familiar clatter at 100 kHz.

It will be interesting to keep an eye on this.
