[Lowfer] LF signals

Still pretty noisy here last night but of course WE2XGR/6 was easy copy 
on 498 kHz WSPR with the SNR peaking at +6 dB. Noticed XKO active on 137 
kHz in the evening too. Moved on to the 185.3 kHz watering hole and 
noted both WMS and WM around 0640Z (WM peaked about an hour later). 
Conditions were good to the south (DGPS Panama on 302 kHz decoded again 
and NDBs HR and LSA in TX and BOG in Bogata, Columbia were in there on 
338 kHz) so it was surprising to find lowfer BR only weak around 185.568 
kHz.
