Good day all,
I had good success copying we6xgr (aka we2xgr/6) on wspr last night
There are the first decodes:
2012-03-02 00:20 WE6XGR 0.499504 -3 0 FN12 50 VE3GTC FN25ig 341 24
2012-03-02 00:18 WE6XGR 0.499504 -3 0 FN12 50 VE3GTC FN25ig 341 24
2012-03-02 00:16 WE6XGR 0.499504 -6 0 FN12 50 VE3GTC FN25ig 341 24
Copies from 2012-03-02 00:16 through 05:02 with SNR as low as -7 to as high as +10 as reported by WSPR. All spots uploaded to wsprnet.org
When I monitored early in the evening that was a also a RTTY? Signal as well but didn't have the time to try decoding. The RTTY? Signal was strong enough to hear but sounded like I would have gotten perhaps only 75% copy.
Cheers, Graham ve3gtc FN25ig

> WSPR should be interesting as compared to HF QSO modes we have been running. Maybe for the weekend someone can come up with something else???
> WE2XGR/6 [aka WE6XGR]will run WSPR on 498 dial freq, USB, start 2330 till 0500-Bob
