Ultimately, I want to detect any RFI on each line seperately and be able to 
switch between the three or four wires in the mains circuit feeding a device 
under test.  It's also possible that the RFI would be common amongst all the 
wires, but I would still need a way to sample it, perhaps then I could just 
run a wire parellel to them.
