[Lowfer] hifers NC USC & SIW IN AR(em34wu)

Paul, thanks for the hifer report. Have been away for awhile so pleased 
SIW is still QRV.

On the lowfer front here last night had good copy of MP on 137.3805 kHz 
and EAR on 185.8308 kHz. Also, just before local sunrise saw BR weakly 
on 185.539 kHz. Looked for WM at the watering hole to no avail. Great 
that it is back on but probably won't be able to copy it until Fall.
