I have a very vague and hazy image in my mind of the fellow, don't suppose 
you could send me a pic of you from around 1984 or so?

In the past I've often thought the fellow was a local guy I used to see, 
W6WAB, a quick check on the web reveals an obituary from 2005.  He owned a 
camera shop in South Pasadena and would often try to talk me into getting my 
ticket.
