[Lowfer] Overnight signals in NE IL

Jay, as you mentioned, things are getting better. But here still have a
long way to go.

The high power stations of course are easy to copy: WD2XSH/7 CW/PSK31 on
476.3 kHz and WD2XSH/31 QRSS3 on 477.9 kHz. No doubt WD2XSH/6 was in
there well too on 495.028 kHz too but I didn't save a capture.

I am seeing the VLF Alpha stations again this morning, weakly.

Overnight I copied lowfer BR, but again much weaker than "normal". I
saved a capture of the 0700Z hourly ID at QRSS30 bandwidth. At that
bandwidth the drift is enormous (nearly 3 Hz total) but nonetheless the
ID is helpful on Spec Lab at QRSS3 bandwidth to confirm the signal
source under conditions where the CW bursts didn't stand out on the
waterfall. I looked for SJ next and saw nothing until around 0930Z when
it appeared abruptly on ARGO. I moved back to the watering hole in time
to catch a single, weak "WM" at 1030Z. Guess that was some near-sunrise
enhancement.
