Jon,

The "f:" is the frequency difference in Hz. Starting with line 192, that 
should stay steady if WOLF is locked onto the signal. You will see a 
growth in the SNR reading given by "pm:", and you should see a steady 
value for the framing indication "jm:" Creep in the frequency reading 
from line 192 onward could be due to receiver drift. Creep in the 
framing would be likely due to not having nailed down the correct 
sampling rate for your computer setup. But with strong signals like 
this, it'll just plain work.
