[Lowfer] Medfers

I haven't really looked at the Medfer band in a long time.  Not 
seriously anyway since MP and I made the first "historic" (hihi Ha! I 
said Hihi!) medfer 2 way back in 2001.
Anyway, I'm seeing MP nice and strong and a nice squarewave around 
13555.622 which I assume is COM.  But his listed freq is 13557.53  I did 
have a sig just above MP that faded before I could ID it.
