[Lowfer] NDB RPK 521 with a chirp?

Hi Warren,
I first noticed it over a year ago on 521KHz so RPK 
does indeed have a chirp in the carrier.
It seems to be intermittent so somedays it is not noticeable. The chirp is  
in time
with the keying so it may be a power supply problem.
 
Interesting that no one has fixed this in over a years time!
