[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 ... mid day at the Opera

Lloyd,

This is getting confusing! The problem is not which version Jay is 
using, but the frequency he's on. Under the 1.1.6 scheme at 500 kHz, 
Opera4 is expected at 501.3 - 501.5 kHz. Opera16 would be at 501.5 - 
501.6 kHz. Since Jay is sending Opera 16 at 501.3something, your 1.1.6 
decoder doesn't know what to do with it. If Jay moves up above 501.500, 
you'll be all set. Otherwise, you need to set your receiver to 499.800 
USB to fake the 1.1.6 decoder out.
