[Lowfer] VE7SL

After XGJ joined MP, XKO, and NA on 137 kHz last night I tuned down to 
136 kHz and with the loop aimed west found strong signals from VE7SL 
sending QRSS90. Steve's signal showed up well on the KL7UK Alaskan 
grabber and overloaded the VE7TIL grabber.
