Hi

It is not usual for UK 22.1 kHz transmission from Skelton to be off-air on
Sundays or any other day. 

If ever in doubt as to whether a European transmission is active, I
recommend Peter's website http://www.df3lp.de/ which displays the current
spectrum 10 - 96 kHz plus previous archives going back some years.
