Jay, attached is a shrunk version of what I'm seeing this morning over 
approximately the frequency span of your capture. I have a spurious 
signal around 23 kHz and plenty of 60 Hz harmonics, but the "big 3" come 
through as do NWC on 19.8 kHz, NPM on 21.4 kHz, and JJI on 22.2 kHz. Not 
seeing anything of NDI, Okinawa on 54 kHz.
