[Lowfer] Beacon JAM SoCal New Freq 187.015 khz

I have the grid location as DM04uf.  And I believe an earlier Email had 
him moving the freq to 187.015 Khz.  It had been on 187.000 last year 
and this year after the antenna modifications.  It was last copied 
sending the letters JJ in QRSS30 by Steve R in OR.
