[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

It was a very noisy night so I tuned the SDR-IQ for 518 kHz and let 
SeaTTY run on autopilot. Logged more stations than expected, given the 
lightning racket. In region 4, the more distant eastern stations all 
decoded (U, Nova Scotia; I, Disko Is, Greenland; X, NL) along with 
A,C,E,F,G,H,N,P,Q, and R. In region 12 the lone decode was C, San 
Francisco.
