[Lowfer] LF noise

Good advice Andy. Yes, I know her fairly well. We have been neighbors for
years. She has, I would guess, over five acres of land, most of which is
enclosed by this fence. I have walked the fence a few times, and fixed bad
connections. Her fence is literally, at it's closest point, only about
twenty feet from my antenna, so the popping is pretty much part of my life.
I do immediately notice when a weed or a stick is exascerbating the
problem, and take corrective action. I've never checked her ground
connection at the charger. To be honest, I'm not all that familiar with how
these things operate. I would glady purchase and install a proper ground
rod for her if that is necessary. Thanks.

Fortunately, noise blankers seem to be able to deal with the problem quite
nicely....unless one is trying to listen to "natural radio".
