[Lowfer] WM in IL

Another good night for WM reception, though perhaps not as good here as 
last night. Took a break around 0830Z and looked for TAG but no decode, 
just locked to the right frequency. At that time SJ was quite weak too. 
Nearer to local sunrise SJ picked up and I launched a second ARGO 
instance to capture it along with WM. Unfortunately, by the time I 
figured out sensitivity/contrast settings that worked both signals had 
faded away. Next time I'll know how to set things up.
