[Lowfer] I'll blame it on the antenna

Frankly because I don't have ANY idea why I saw nothing at all overnight... Greetings all, and I hope you have
a great day today.... I checked my captures overnight while looking at the watering hole; and not one signal.
or even a trace showed up all night long... I checked radio settings, ie: frequency, mode, attenuators...
everything was set as normal... The antenna was tuned, and normal band noise was present.. I checked
SpecLab to be sure I had not accidentally changed a setting in it... all right where it should be.... Checking
WWVB, and DCF-39 which are my usual signal / calibration sources, and both were there... I didn't pay so
much attention to signal strength at the time, as I was just making sure I was hearing " something " ....
I did scan 1750 meters listening for LW Broadcasters last night, and did not detect a signal from any...
I looked for " MP " on 137 KHz at 8:30 am local time and didn't see anything from him either.. I can however,
attribute that to the post-sunrise fade that lasts for a bit over an hour...
Tonite, I'll; double, triple, and quadruple check everything.... Unless a setting of some sort has just made it past me;
I have never went thru a night and not seen, or heard something besides the super powered utility stations...
BTW: Congratulations to the guys who had " better than usual " signals last night...
Doug; your capture was great... WM was rolling in at your QTH... I think your new Active Antenna is worth
the investment... Thanks Garry, and J.B. for your comments.....
73 all, and Good DX to you:
