[Lowfer] Unbelievable !!! Not a single " usual " signal to be found

Weird propagation, Andy. I left Argo on the watering hole all night. The WM
graphical ID was present on every screen capture, quite strong, and WMS was
coming in better than usual. No sign of SIW however.

P.S. I have my computer set to UTC now, so all ARGO time stamps are in UTC.
