[Lowfer] WMS WM SIW in CT

...and here I was, so proud to have really nice copy of SIW this 
morning, and Jay goes and spoils it by adding WMS. There were some tiny 
hints of a WMS signal overnight, but nothing close to usable.

Anyway, here's the best "plain old" SIW capture:
