[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 mid day groundwave test

Jay, Wolf is the winner here. Having a lot of bursty QRN, perhaps from
neighbors turning things on and off, and a wandering spur very close to
506.5 kHz. That caused me to switch from an e-probe to a small loop
halfway through the first QRSS30 session. Regardless, only parts of the
message came through. The "2, G, and R" were ok but only the first dash
in "X" appeared.

Wolf locked to the correct frequency in only about 6 minutes during the
second session but labored to get the full decode:

2012-02-26 16:30:03 >WOLF10 -r 11100.274 -f 400 -t 1.0 -w 0.0000 -ut
...
16:36:27 f: 0.010 pm:33.07 jm:941 q: -5.8 -5.9 765/SPB B.4KT8M -
...
16:54:03 f: 0.010 pm:91.06 jm:941 q: -2.3 -4.6 XGR/2 38F CLEAR -

The third session, using QRSS30, was a bit worse than the first. Only
"2, and R" were copied fully.

Guess propagation really faded for the fourth, Wolf, session because by
1756Z didn't even lock to the right frequency. I see Dex seems to have a
fade too via his grabber.
