[Lowfer] 137 kHz

Pretty noisy again last night and CFH was active on 137.0 kHz but copied 
DFCW signals weakly from XES and NA up around 137.78 kHz. The DGPS 
station on 302 kHz from Panama also decoded again. Interestingly at that 
time lowfer BR also to the south was only just noticeable. My lowfer SIW 
is still running and switching between 185.185 kHz and 185.2993 kHz but 
the switch time has moved from the intended 1800Z. Will look into that.
