[Lowfer] WE2XGR/1 506.3 cw

Copying it 100% at 0355 utc. Been checking on it it each time it's
announced lately, and nothing heard until today--A&K indices alone wouldn't
indicate great conditions. Despite moderate static (though it's not
continuous), decent copy in 250 Hz IF filter. ( Even better  copy, of
course, with 6 Hz filter. Excellent speed choice for use of narrow filters.)
Guess I was fortunate to tune in, as it's now faded way down, only partial
copy even with narrow filter, 0403 utc.
