Bob, I'm using pool.ntp.org in SP TimeSync software, updating every 
minute. The TD I'm seeing is holding pretty steady and running between 
-2.0 and -2.2 seconds. The Spectrum Laboratory waterfall shows your 
signal starting early too but maybe the problem is on this end. Too bad 
WSPR reports don't pass along the TD information. If you get reports 
from other listeners then we'll know where the problem lies.
