[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 mid day groundwave mode competition

WE2XGR/2 will be conducting a ground wave test today between 1600 and 1800Z. Todays test will 
feature a competition between WOLF and Opera OP8. Both the WOLF and Opera transmissions will be on 
506.5 kHz (reminder ... Opera runs in USB and will require a dial frequency of 505.0 kHz). I'm still 
working out the transmission details and will post the schedule here later this morning. Close in 
stations are encouraged to join the test with 'compromised' receive antennas to simulate weak signal 
conditions.

Reports always provide worthwhile information and are appreciated.
