[Lowfer] WMS

Another noisy night at LF but lowfer WMS was in there at the watering 
hole around 0900Z. Didn't notice anything from WM but BR was copied with 
a good QRSS30 ID captured at 0600Z.

Below 100 kHz noticed that CFH, Halifax, NS on 73.6 kHz was joined by 
CKN, Vancouver, BC 76.2 kHz all night. The Alpha stations are still 
coming in too below 15 kHz.

Navtex on 518 kHz was pretty dull, the only DX decodes being San 
Francisco, CA and Puerto Rico.
