[Lowfer] New MW Allocation in the U.S. & Questions about LF

Craig,
 Good idea, but already there are a bunch of hams with experimental licenses, alas some that have licenses are not active.
For anyone that seriously wants to get on LF and needs help with the license I am willing to help them file for a license.
