[Lowfer] strange VLF transmission

Thanks.  I knew of the aircraft, don't generally associate it with "mobile",
was thinking some sort of land vehicle.  I had a mobile installation, in my
truck that could tune up 1750m on a four meter whip, never used it, just
interesting to know my equipment was capable of it.
