A couple comments,
16.4--are you sure that was not JXN in Norway, who normally uses that
frequencies.
19.6 is actually centered at 19.575 as it always is (yes, I can measure that
accurately)
21.1 I have copied that with cw in addition to its 50 Bd over the last few
days. It was using the callsign RDL as it usually does. I have never seen
it use the RJS callsign. Years ago the callsign UMS was used instead of
RDL.
40.8 is actually 40.75
