[Lowfer] Vertical antennas and top loading

Fig 4 is what JAM 187.015 khz Southern California is using since 09. The only difference is 4 top hat radials with the skirt instead of 6 top hat radials and the skirt. I have been meaning to add the 5th and 6th radials but I would need to lay the whole assembly down to do that. Maybe this summer.
