[Lowfer] Calling Bill Bowers

I'm looking for noted Lowfer Bill Bowers (formerly of Oklahoma) who I 
believed moved to Texas about five years ago? Possibly living near 
Galveston area?
Bill designed a 10 foot receiving loop, high Q active whips, and other 
antennas that were among the best receive antennas for LF that I ever 
personally used.
