Okay on the time constraints ... sorry we couldn't hook up this time around.
Based on numerous tests with John W1TAG, we've found it best to limit ground wave testing to a
couple hours max either side of noon during the winter months. By 3 pm local signals are showing the
effects of skywave and accurate 'groundwave only' testing is no longer possible.
Maybe Dex's idea of setting up for reception ahead of time and letting the equipment run would work?
