[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 WOLF mid day groundwave test

I made the BFO pitch and the wolf config center freq the same (700Hz in my
case).

My receiver+converter tuning accuracy is within 7Hz, and I have been using
Argo's calibration to make up for the difference. That is probably why I
didn't achieve a decode.
