[Lowfer] OPERA ground-wave test...

In case you noticed the lower signal levels here in Fredericksburg, VA on
WE2XGR/6, currently that is running with a loop Wellbrook loop antenna
pointed generally NNE from here.  At the moment I cannot get to it to aim
it.
