[Lowfer] WE2XGR/2 mid day WOLF test

Thanks to Jon, Garry, Dex, Nick and David for last nights RTTY reception reports and observations on 
the performance of that mode.

WE2XGR/2 will be transmitting a WOLF mode mid day test from 1600 - 1800Z on 506.5 kHz. Especially 
looking for long distance groundwave reception reports ... but welcome all reports near and far.
