[Lowfer] 518 kHz Navtex

It was rather noisy last night so tuned to 518 kHz and ran SeaTTY on 
autopilot. Decodes for area 4 were pretty usual: A,C,E,F,G,H,N,P,Q,R,and 
U. Conspicuous in their absence were the further NE stations like I,W, 
and X. On the other hand, west coast stations in area 12 came through 
well - C,Q,W, and surprisingly O in Hawaii (don't get that very often 
with an e-probe due to the strong locals exceeding their 10 minute windows).

Did take time to catch the QRSS30 top-ot-the-hour ID from BR on 185.571 
kHz at 0800Z. That came through well on a QRSS3 bandwidth display, but 
the normal CW/SSB that followed was hardly visible, except for the long 
keydown transmission.
