J.B., I'm surprised you didn't mention the fact that $04N, Chesepeake, 
VA stayed keydown sending idle tones after its 1010Z window (which as 
usual it grossly over stepped - my last decode is time-stamped 1025Z). 
Perhaps your loop is able to null it well. Even when I'm pointed at 
right angles my small loop still picks up plenty of signal from it. 
Anyway, something similar happened not too long ago with the New Orleans 
station and David Wilson was nice enough to contact the Coast Guard to 
straighten out their station. If the keydown persists I'll check my 
notes and report it.

Well before $04N failed I did decode nice signals from $04M,
