[Lowfer] SAQ in CT

Jay, disappointed to not even definitely detect the signal here, much 
less copy the CW. Both you and Costas noticed weaker signals than usual 
and I get the impression Dave, WD2XSH/17 might not have copied SAQ 
either. Thought wrongly that conditions would be good since DK7FC was in 
here on 136 kHz DFCW around 0600Z. The European VLF stations weren't 
very strong at 0800Z but DGPS from NL on 288 kHz was decent as were NDBs 
along the path like 5B on 254 kHz
