These are extremely easy to build yourself, and if you want more control over the usable frequency, change toroid core materiel.  Below are two links - one has a single toroid splitter, the other uses two toroids. The big difference is that the two toroid unit has 50 ohm on all three ports, while the single toroid has 25 ohm on the input and 50 ohm on the output.  The article on the two toroid unit explains more.

Diz - our friendly neighborhood Toroid King http://www.kitsandparts.com/index.php  is now stocking the FT50-75(J)  This is a very good choice for broadband splitters, but there is no reason not to use the T50 parts for specific bands.   Magnet wire is cheap, and toroid cores are re-usable...   (On the two toroid design, it is easy to stick in a series resonant inductor in 'the middle' to shunt Broadcast band to ground if you want to play with it)

Myself, a simple spliter behind an active antenna is the bees-knees....
